ADVICE ON CORONAVIRUS DISEASE
I Will like to drop some advice on how to handle this coronavirus issue.
This disease spreads very fast from person to person via contact with infected persons droplets.
Many infected persons may not have obvious symptoms to make you run away from them so the following is advised.
1) Wash your hands with soap and water often.
Or
Use hand sanitizer and rubbing it through your palms,fingers and back of hand thoroughly and let it dry off.
2)Avoid touching your face until you wash your hands first. Cough or sneeze in your elbow cup.
3)Avoid crowded places and observe social distancing. No handshakes, hugs or fist bumps, just greet and wave.
4)Eat healthy diet with minerals and vitamins. Boost your immunity. Do indoor exercises too.
5) Ensure you have water ,food and groceries or contacts of sellers in case of lockdown
6) Know the facts about coronavirus disease only not the rumours.
7) Get the health surveillance team contact for your location and call if you suspect any case around you.
8)Feed your faith in God , not binge on reports that will keep you bound in fear and useless to yourself.
9)Turn this time to a productive period by reading books,do a research, write a book, take an online course, bounding with your family, learn an indoor skill, write policies for your business, organize your business etc
10)Above all, see yourself and family complete after this pandemic. What you see is what you achieve. Pray for the world too.

Some Guidelines for Success at any Age

- Live with Ethusiaism.
- Don't let your possessions posses you.
- Don't worry about your problems.

- Enjoy life by services to God and humanity. When you over and serve Him, you will spend your years in prosperity and pleasure.
- Most importantly, PUT GOD FIRST.
